1. Job Description: Teaching Oral, Writing, and Culture classes to English, French, Japanese, or Korean language students (university level).
2. Details of Offer:
1) Contract Period: one-year contract starting from September, 2010,
2) Weekly Work Load: 18 class hours (45 minutes per class hour),
3) Monthly Salary: RMB 4000-5000,
4) Travel Allowance: RMB 2,200 for one-year contract if the employed teacher fulfills one academic year (usually two semesters from September to next June),
5) Housing: The employed teacher will have a flat (a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom) with air-conditioner, TV, telephone and internet access (bill of the latter two will go to the user), bed, sofa, bookcase, desk, chair, wardrobe, water heater and other necessary furniture. Kitchen is furnished with refrigerator, electric magnetic stove, micro-wave oven, and basic utensils. Limited utilities (electricity and hot/cold water) are paid by the university.

3. Qualifications and Requirements:
1) At least 2 year of teaching experience.
2) Bachelor’s degree or above.
3) Professional Certificate such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA.
4) Native speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Japan, or South Korea.
5) Age preference: below 60 years old.
