Learning and Development Manager of the English Program, ResourcePro Corporate University

ReSource Pro is a fast growing business process outsourcing (BPO) company headquartered in New York City, with its operations center in Qingdao China. We provide back office remote staffing services to U.S. companies in the insurance industry. Our sales, marketing and client integration are handled from our New York office.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced manager to run our English Program, which is part of our Corporate University. The manager will be responsible for building and managing the English Program within the Corporate University, providing learning solutions that align and support corporate goals and strategies.
The position is full time with a minimum one-year contract.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Manage the design, development and delivery of course work and programs
- Develop high performing Designers/ Instructors to ensure overall team effectiveness to meet program, departmental, and corporate goals
- Communicate and collaborate with all other departments regarding existing coursework and to identify and clarify needs across the organization
- Conduct classroom trainings and tutorials
Minimum Requirements:
- Native English Speaker
- College degree
- TEFL certification or equivalent education and experience
- 3 or more years experience teaching ESL to adults
- 2 or more years of management experience

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong planning, leadership, and organizational skills
- Course development skills
- Strong facilitation skills
- Business English writing and editing experience
