Details: SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
Must have a CELTA or TrinityCertTESOL
Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching English as a foreign language to international students
Must be a native or native-sounding English speaker
A passion for teaching
Ability to teach all levels of English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Positive and professional attitude
Experience using interactive classroom technology
RESPONSIBILILTIES
Classroom management
Planning, preparing, and delivering ESL lessons to a range of classes and age groups
Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises
Marking and providing appropriate feedback on oral and written work
Devising, writing, and producing new materials, including audio and visual resources
Organizing and getting involved in social and cultural activities such as sports competitions, school activities, dinners, and excursions
Attending and contributing to training sessions
Participating in marketing events for the language school
Preparing information for inspection visits and other quality assurance exercises
Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance
Assist Junior teachers and take part in buddy systems and peer observations
REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
AED11,000 per month, depending on experience (4.5 hours contact teaching time per day)
Employment visa and health insurance
1 month accommodation provided on arrival
