Details: The Saijik-Busan branch of Leaders Academy is expanding and looking for a flexible and enthusiastic new team members to join their elite faculty.

Due to our continued expansion, we have a unique situation that we hope to find our perfect fit! ASAP, we need a teacher who is willing to start (yesterday^^) part time hours that will evolve to full time hours by July 2023. (Possibly sooner)
It is tremendously important for our students, parents and our academy reputation to keep established teachers on board. Happy teachers, happy everybody! Our salary payment is quite good for the small number of monthly hours. ( 50-80 hours/ month; compared to the normal academy hours 120 with less pay. We offer great salary with less hours)
Since we are an niched academy, we desire a long term, dynamic instructor. Currently, to keep the consistency- the owner is teaching a lot of the classes at an exhausting pace! ☹

About Us:
Our academy is niched and geared towards students who are open to becoming the best versions of themselves, from an academic and personal aspect. The academy offers a set curriculum that can be supplemented with your creativity; monthly dinners and brainstorming make for a fun and cohesive team connection! The owners are a married dynamic duo from both worlds -American and Korean super friendly and open to all communications. Imagination, enthusiasm, diligence and loyalty are highly rewarded.
About our students:
We have all levels of learners, from first grade (basic skills) to middle grade/high school high level and super intelligent students. As with all students, they are learning new skills and repetition is key. They are eager to learn, participate and sometimes they need a little motivation. Class size is 8 or less students. (small size to have better connections)
About You: (Future new teacher)
You are knowledgeable in all things techy and not afraid to use that talent! Must enjoy teaching and have a passion for what you are delivering to your students. After all, if you are not enjoying what you are teaching, why would the students enjoy it? Be open to new opportunities that often arise as the academy expands that can benefit your long-term goals in life. As with any employment position, reliability, honesty, loyalty with good communication, and giving your personal best is a foundation of advancement for all concerned!
Now…about our current openings:
Preference given to candidates already in Korea due to our unique situation. Female preferred, yet we are open to the right candidate~
Part Time: ASAP! ( March 2023 schedule--then becomes full time on or before July 2023)
Monday & Friday for 6 hours per day: 2:30pm to 8:30pm
(Arrive 15 minutes early for prep time.)
High-level students- grades 2-6th
Paying 30,000 won per hour
Full-Time Teacher: (arrive 15 minutes early for prep time) On of before July 2023!
Monday & Friday for 6 hours; 2:30pm to 8:30pm
High-level students: Grades 2-6th
Tuesdays & Thursdays for 4 hours: 2:30-6:30pm
Grade 1 (beginning level) and Grade 4-6th (upper level)
Start in July 2023
Current Monthly Salary:
~ KRW 2.4 million per month (80 hours per month) includes 300,000 KRW housing allowance
~ KRW 1.5 million guaranteed (50 hours per month) / No housing --Part time hours
KRW 30,000 per hour overtime hour
