At present our English School is looking for the native English teachers for General English, IELTS/TOEFL preparations.
WE WELCOME RETIREES, who have experience in teaching in different cultures.
We will need teachers by the beginning of February, 2024.

Job description:
Candidates should be communicative, friendly, hard-working people, who are able to work with students of different ages, we also expect that teachers applying for this position are team players. We need the candidates, who will take care of the school’s reputation, providing our students with quality education. This position does not require any administration responsibilities. The applicants must have the following papers and experience:
1. B.A. in English or Education or have at least 5 years of active and actual classroom teaching experience with children and adults;
2. One of teaching certificates (TESL, TESOL, CELTA, etc.), CONFIRMING TEACHING EXPERIENCE or equivalent;
3. Must be always prepared for classes in advance;
4. Grade and give the students’ papers back on time;
5. Naturally, we expect the potential teacher to behave in a professional manner, be well organized in working place, WE DO NOT WELCOME DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUALS;
6. The total number of teaching hours is 30-32 per week. PLEASE, NOTE THAT OUR WORKING WEEK IS Mondays-Fridays (5 working days).
7. The classes will run individually, in groups (22-25 students per group), with corporate customers (at customer’s office).
8. Teachers will have ESL (all levels), Conversational English and IELTS groups.
9. Teachers should have their own laptops.
We offer a 9-12 months contract with possibility of prolongation.
Benefits:
1. Salary – starts from 4.500.000 (four million five hundred thousand) Uzbek sums/month – net within the first 3 months, in case of appropriate work the salary will be increased to 5.000.000 (five million) Uzbek sums/month - net within months 4-7, then we increase it to 5.300.000 (five million three hundred thousand) Uzbek sums/month - net within months 8-12. WE DO PAY ONLY IN NATIONAL CURRENCY OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN, the salary is supposed to provide teachers nice and comfortable life in Uzbekistan.
2. WE ALWAYS PAY ON TIME! Money transfer to the teachers’ home-country bank account is not our responsibility;
3. Accommodation in the Civic Center - 1-bed-room apartment, which will NOT be shared. It will be fully furnished and all basic utilities.
4. All the utilities (electricity, gas, hot and cold water, taxes) are paid for by the employer. All the apartments are Western Style, with all needed equipment and utilities;
5. Internet expenses are covered by the employer;
6. A 14-day summer vacation (paid), + a 5-day winter vacation (paid) + 5 National Holidays (paid), summer vacation is possible after one-year successful contract;
7. Transportation from/to airport;
8. We will also cover all visa expenses – entrance visa and working visa prolongation;
9. Labor certificate is paid for by the school;
10. We will reimburse money for the airfare to Tashkent ONLY AFTER 8 MONTHS OF A CONTRACT PERIOD;

Ⅲ. Job Description for HS A-Level Psychology Teacher
- Plan and teach lessons following A-level, AP or school-designed curricula that differentiate for individual student needs
- Use a wide range of technologies and creative teaching styles.
- Plan with colleagues to deliver effective team teaching when possible.
- Develop assessment tasks following the guidelines and use a wide range of formative assessment tools.
- Supervise extended essays.
- Attend regular curriculum planning and student progress meetings.
- Work closely with the Coordinator to develop concurrency of learning across the senior high.
- Demonstrate a genuine, active interest in on-going professional development, including through participation in professional learning groups in the school, and contribute to Professional Development Programme by sharing recent research or teaching experience.
- Keep up-to-date records of attendance, curriculum, assessment tasks and assessment data.
- Prepare student reports and references, and other reports as required.
- Keep parents informed about student progress.

Ⅲ. Job Description for HS Computer teacher
- Teach AP, A-Level, OSSD or other assigned computer courses.

Ⅳ. Job Requirements
ⅰ. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Education or the applied teaching position related.
ⅱ. Registered teaching credentials, PGCE, CELTA, or DELTA preferred.
ⅲ. More than two years teaching experience required.
ⅳ. High level of English proficiency required.

Ⅴ. Compensation& Benefits

-Teaching position: RMB 25,000 - 40,000
