Role Description
Team Leaders are a pivotal role in the management of our teaching team. Not only are our Team Leaders expected to be experts in teaching all class types, but they are company ambassadors for professionalism, aptitude, and attitude. Over and above team management roles and individual responsibility portfolios, Team Leaders work as a close-knit team to steer the team toward reaching our Key Productivity Indicators (KPI’s) that ensure we meet or exceed our brand promise.

Requirements
Over and above having an excellent teaching performance record, we are looking for a reliable, responsible, and motivated candidate with the following skills:
Technical proficiency
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
Ability and eagerness to innovate
Problem solving
Logical thinking
Data Processing skills
Risk analysis
Must have a complete home-based set up for teaching
B Degree, 120h TEFL & 1 year experience teaching
Must be based in Asia (Cambodia/Thailand/Vietnam/Philippines etc.)
Must be able to work from 20h00 – 04h00 UCT +1 (6 months in a year)

-Data management

Engagement:
-Engaging with the team on all company initiatives
-Connecting, inspiring, and motivating the team
Managing the Team:
-Ensuring shifts are full
-Policy implementation
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE) 
PC specifications: 
-Processor: Intel ® Core™ i5 CPU 2.40GHz (4 CPUs) or greater 
-Memory: 8GB RAM or greater 
Backup power : 
-Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with a battery life up to 4-5 hours (2000VA) (or willing to purchase before commencing teaching) 
A stable fibre internet connection :
-At a minimum of 20 mbps upload and download speeds 
-PC is connected via a LAN cable and not via a Wi-Fi connection  
Noise-cancelling headsets and HD web camera:
-Back-up headset highly recommended 
Tidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching environment
