Details: Kids & Youth Program Curriculum Developer / Facilitator
Experience: 2yrs
Position Level: Junior Executive
Requirements :
Experience working with children and youth : conducting classes, developing lesson plans.
Fluency in Microsoft office apps of excel, word, PowerPoint
Good communication, able to work in a team, good research skills, detail oriented.
Passion for developing kids and making an impact in their lives
Other :
Exposure/interest/ knowledge of the outdoors / nature
Able to do basic graphic design on canva, photography
Main role :
Develop programmes for kids and juniors mainly revolving around nature (plants, animals, gardening etc) and life skills.
Conduct research on these topics for content, activities, props to create a holistic program according to our already established framework.
Be able to present the program objectives in a manner suitable for marketing (to work with the marketing team for this)
Co-facilitate programmes with lead trainer / and to understand real world learning behaviours for program development.
Minor Role:
Assist to establish streamlined processes to help maintain team efficiency.

DJJ is the ideal place for you if you are keen to work with and make in impact in the lives of juniors and youth (ages 5 – 21yrs). You will be reporting to the manager and at times working closely with the Managing Director, who will coach you to be able to develop programs independently.
DJJ develops programs, school curriculum classes, camps and creative education learning centres for budding explorers and adventurers.
Our programs and classes focus on 3 core components -
1. Nature
2. Life Skills
3. Physical Aptitude
These programs utilize “the world around us” as a classroom to help children develop their skills, character and knowledge ; “Get outside to grow inside!”
