Main Objective:
• The Head of Poultry Division will be managing and contributing to
development of Poultry Division activities. He will be responsible for a
wide-range of matters including professional education, divisional budget,
and support of research growth.
Responsibilities:
• Participates in curriculum and program development, and in the
selection of materials and equipment to support instruction.
• Evaluates and monitors all curricula of the Division.
• Works with Training Operation Manager (TOM) to develop schedules
for teachers and students.
• Provides the administrative framework within which students and
staff may function effectively
• To be responsible for the preparation of budgets, monitor spending
and keep a record of resources.
• Provides opportunities for effective staff development that
addresses the needs of the instructional program and needs of the staff,
including professional literature, workshops, conferences, visitations, and
sessions.
• Directing teaching activities and setting performance goals
accordingly.
• Acting as primary contact with TOM.
• Contributes to teaching activities, working with students and
preparing lessons.
• Establish procedures for evaluation and selection of textbooks,
instructional materials and equipment, approving all recommendations to
the TOM.
• Work collaboratively with other Division Heads to coordinate the
teaching assignments for all primary division members.
• Engage in developing vision and strategic planning for clinical
research.

Qualifications , Skills:
Qualifications:
At least Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary, Animal Science, or Agriculture
(Science or Engineering).
1. University Degree with at least 5 years of experience or similar
2. Master or PhD in Veterinary Science (or similar) will be a plus.

development and program evaluation, organization of the content field,
student growth and development, effective instructional strategies,
classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis, and
research related to learning.
• Demonstrate ability and knowledge of staff evaluation process.
• Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and
interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration,
parents, and the community.
• Desire to learn the duties and responsibilities for managing human
and financial resources within an academic organization.
