Details: The total compensation for 12 months is 140,000 MxPesos after SS and other income taxes. Thats 11,667 a month. Out of that, they can opt or not opt for the following:
1. Transportation (3,000 when they arrive, 3000 when they leave) deducted 250 pesos from their monthly income.
2. Rent....2000 a month stipend that will cover the housing we
provide or given to them in cash for any other place they want to rent.
3. Meals...800 pesos a month for two meals a day at the school. The
food is good. Eggs, bacon, juice and toast or cereal or pancakes for
breakfast. (Or a Mexican breakfast.) Usually soup, salad and chicken or beef and vegetables for the main meal. The teachers generally love the food at the school.
4. Medical Insurance at AmeriMed Hospital (The American Hospital near the school which has really excellent doctors that speak English.)...250 pesos a month. But this is good only during school hours. In the afterhours, they would need to use the Social Security system. Teachers can opt to only use this insurance and just use the SS system if that is OK with them. Mexican teachers just use the SS system.
5. Cell Phone...300 pesos a month which covers all calls to anyone at the school at no additonal charge and then 100 minutes for other calls. I think we will insist that they take this option because it is a security device.
6. The cost of getting the viisa papers, etc., provided by the school at no charge, but reduced from their last pay check if they leave early.

Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations
