Details: Principal Accountabilities:
1. Provide potential customers (end-users), with emphasis in the Educational Field, to purchase Company products.
2. Determine method of creating sales and/or creating new and nurturing current contacts who are key contacts including purchasing decision makers and others who may influence purchases.
3. When working directly with customers will provide demonstration of Company products.
4. Providing information to customers about the features and tools which will add value as teaching aid/tools for educators, trainers, etc.
5. Achieve the monthly, quarterly and semi-annual target based on then current incentive plan.
6 When working with dealers provide the following:
a) training to dealers on how to demonstrate Company products.
b) provide Company product information needed to persuade customer to purchase Company products.
c) provide pre-sales assistance when requested by dealer including contacting end users directly to provide demonstration of
Company products.
d) resolve post sales issues including day to day use of Company product, technical uestions (may also require assistance
from Technical Support) and other questions end users may have about Company products.
7. Provide training to end user after installation of Company products. May include trouble shooting when setting up Company product, may require Technical Support assistance.
8. Attend local and regional tradeshows, seminars, conferences and customer events, and give presentations as required.
9. Provide input to Deputy Director on product requirements, with emphasis on requirements needed in the Educational Field, from both their own, and customer experiences and marketing programs and campaigns, with emphasis on requirements needed in the Educational Field.
10. Input daily activities into Company’s CRM system (Salesforce).
Other Responsibilities:
Performs other work related duties as assigned.

Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations
