- AP/A-level Biology Teacher

- PYP Homeroom Teacher(UOI & ESL)
Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations

Job Purpose
KIT, a fast-growing company with offices in Almaty, Atyrau and Aktau is recruiting for its Director of Studies based in Atyrau to guarantee the quality of training delivery and facilitate teaching staff development.
The DOS is responsible for the delivery of courses, following KIT syllabus and European Common Framework for Language Teaching (CEFLT) guidelines.
In addition, the role of the DOS incorporates oversight and support of the teachers, ensuring that their performance is of the highest possible standard so that clients get the maximum benefit from their course and teachers remain highly motivated.
The DOS is also required to work closely with the Language Studies Coordinator on issues relating to the overall running of the Atyrau office.
Conditions
Hours: 129 hours per month (including a maximum of 65 hours of teaching)
The appointment is subject to two references, one of which must be from the most recent employer . Pay is dependent on qualifications and experience. The post is subject to one month’s notice in writing on either side.
