Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

Details: NEAR-NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKING DANCE INSTRUCTOR (or couple, read at the end)
MIRAS University is a private university in Shymkent, Kazakhstan currently expanding its physical education department. This department offers at least one class of physical education to every student every week. We have a strong demand for a dance instructor, preferably of Latin American background, to augment the choices offered to our students regarding their physical education.
We have many students who enjoy dance, it is very popular here. We truly believe that an active student life benefits our students and so we also want to build a performing dance troupe that will offer our students a chance to shine outside of the classroom.
Contract date: August 15th, 2011 to August 31st, 2012
The position entails,
1. Developing a dance program
2. Building a performing dance troupe
3. 26-35 hours a week (at least half dedicated to class time, physical education department and half to the dance troupe)
What we need:
1. A creative, inventive and knowledgeable dance instructor (any style, though a mash-up of many is good)
2. Near-Native English speaker (if you hold a TEFL certificate, it gives you an advantage)
3. Good health
4. Between 25-45 years old
5. Send us a video of yourself dancing (or a 2-3 min. dance lesson that you teach), or send us a link to your website
What we offer:
1. Competitive Salary (depending on experience and qualifications- 800-1000$ USD), giving you a very good standard of living
2. Fully furnished accommodation (including electricity, water, gas, Internet, etc...)
3. Lunch in our canteen
4. Visa and airfare reimbursement at your arrival
5. 2 weeks paid vacation between semesters (New Year)
6. 1 month non-paid vacation May 15th to June 15th (we pay up to 1000$ airfare to where you want to go and back. If you decide to stay you are paid as usual since you will work)
7. End of contract bonus depending on results
8. Re-signing bonus if you decide to stay another year
