Qualifications
Please note: The minimum requirement for teachers in RUNOVschool is the CELTA, Trinity TESOL, IHCTL or equivalent initial qualification.
To meet RS requirements initial Teacher Training courses must:
* be externally validated by a reputable examination body (e.g. a university, recognised examination board or other body with Royal Charter)
* have 6 hours of observed and assessed teaching practice (i.e. teaching practice where a qualified assessor observes the trainee teacher teaching real students and gives feedback on his or her performance)
* include at least 110 hours of face to face ELT input from a suitably qualified trainer
* have a minimum entry level for participants of TOEFL 600, IELTS 7 or CAE

Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations
3. Contract-end bonus
4. Annual performance bonus (if applicable)
5. Reimbursement for annual round trip flights
