Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

Details: We are opening a new campus in 2015.We are looking for energetic, creative, experienced and dedicated teachers to work with children aged 6 and up.

Responsible for students aged 6 and up after-school activities. Some may be The WORLD children and some might be local elementary school students. The teacher will plan and facilitate hands-on educational experiences in a structured/non-structured environment. We also offer the children supervised play-based sessions.
Sample Program Theme for a Beginners Class: Phonics, Hands-on Play, Book Reading for Beginners, and a lot of speaking exercises in a group.
The classroom size is less than 20. When there are more than 10 students there’ll be a Japanese assistant working with the teacher.
Sample Program Theme for an Advanced Class: About Water, Food From All Over the WORLD, How to Plan a Party! Making a Book, Art Activities, Music, etc. The theme should be children-oriented. The activity should include: planning and discussion, teamwork, research, craft/presentation preparation, and presentation.
Full-time Position (Monday to Friday): The start date of this position is April 1, 2015. The recruited teacher should be arriving in Matsumoto about ten days before this date to allow for time for rest, settling in, and attending our five days of paid training (5000 yen per day). Help is provided in finding accommodation with your preferences taken into account. A salary of 250,000 yen per month is for everyone for the first year. The contract is for two years and is renewable.
