Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $2,500 USD
Details: The College, established in 2006, is part of the Royal Commission and is located in
coastal Jubail Industrial City in the heart of the prosperous Eastern Province of Saudi
Arabia. The medium of instruction is English and the college runs a preparatory year
program for students who must reach a prescribed level of English proficiency before
beginning their major/specialization studies.
The Candidate must meet the following minimum criteria:
• Be in possession of a BA degree in English or Linguistics or TESOL, OR a Bachelor
degree from an Anglophonic university PLUS a CELTA/Trinity TESOL certificate.
• Have at least 2 years of full time, formal English teaching experience at secondary or
tertiary level.
• Be a native English speaker.
• Be not older than 50 years.
Candidates who meet the following additional criteria are highly desirable:
• PhD/MA in English/Linguistics/TESOL
• Overseas ESL teaching experience, especially in the Middle East
• DELTA/Trinity LTCL Diploma
• Married teaching couples
Remuneration: In return, candidates are offered a highly competitive remuneration
package consisting of the following:
• A two year renewable contract with a government institution
• A tax free salary in the range US$ 2000 to US$ 4000, depending on
qualifications and relevant experience
• Monthly transportation allowance
• Free furnished accommodation, according to marital status

• Free flights to Saudi Arabia, as well as annual air tickets to point of origin for vacation
