Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations

Contract depends on a teachers experience but annual salary ranges from $1,800 to $2,500 USD net a month. It also includes furnished accommodation, ,local medical coverage, holiday bonus and airfare.
Candidates with teacher certification will be given preference, however excellent non-certified teachers will be considered. Non-certified teachers should have at least 2 years experience in early childhood education and training in ESL. Candidates must be native born speakers of English.
Successful applicants will be enthusiastic, child centered teachers who are passionate about enabling their students reach their potential. Experience, or a keen interest, of working in an international setting or in a developing country is essential.
School term begins in September and ends in June with a break at the end of December and in March. Teachers will be required in Tripoli by mid-August. Salary, end of contract bonus (after 2 consecutive years), furnished accommodation and utilities are provided. Our School is a rapidly growing school aimed at providing affordable and quality education to locals and some expat families. It has a small, friendly teaching staff, approximately 400 students from Nursery – IGCSE.
We will have our first year of A-Levels this coming year. Teachers must be flexible, team players willing to fill in whenever and wherever needed at times.
