Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

● Presentation of curriculum and course documentation in a consistent and accepted
format.
● Delivery of courses consistent with course design
● Identification and communication of opportunities for improvement in course design
and delivery systems
● Understanding of, and communication to students, of responsibilities, standards and
expected outcomes.
● Provision of a range of learning opportunities to students that are relevant to their
learning objectives and meet their needs.
● Identifying the need for, and fully utilising, available equipment, resources and support
materials that meet learners’ needs.
● The systematic gathering, collation and analysis of student feedback on units and
delivery.
● Maintaining attendance records in the approved manner, and ensuring that the Institute
meets regulations with regard to overseas students.
● Planning and utilising assessment processes and tools that are equitable and
accessible to all learners.
● Carrying out the moderation of courses and delivery systems to ensure comparability.
● Following approved assessment procedures as described in Unit Outlines and Institute
processes, ensuring that final grades are adequately moderated before being issued to
students.
● Provision to the Institute of an individual academic staff profile in the approved format.
● Completion of the Course Compliance Form.
● Completion of the Assessment Matrix.
