Compensation and benefits overview
• Full salary, comprehensive health insurance, and retirement benefits from your school district. Salary ranges from $25,500 to $51,000, depending on where you teach
• Intensive training, ongoing support, and career development as a corps member and alum, including development of leadership, communication, management, and problem solving skills, among others
• Access to a community of 32,000 alumni leaders and partnership organizations intent on maximizing your impact
• Eligibility for $1,000 - $6,000 of no-interest loans or grants for relocation and transition expenses, as well as exclusive scholarship and benefits from grad schools and
employers
Required to apply:
• Bachelor’s degree by June 2014 or earlier
• Minimum 2.5 cumulative undergraduate GPA
• Citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States or have received deferred action for childhood arrivals

Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations
