Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

Details: We are the only School in Bangladesh that offers students an Australian K-10 curriculum and the Western Australia Certificate in Education for senior students. In its 10th year of existence, currently its 300 students are located on three campuses with construction of a new, consolidated, environmentally friendly campus underway. The School is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Principal to lead faculty and staff as they prepare for the next phase of development.
It is expected that the new Principal (to commence the appointment in January 2014) will:
• Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in successful School leadership, with superior management skills ideally in an international setting. A definitive advantage to have direct experience and knowledge of the Western Australia curriculum or equivalent
• Have at least a Master’s Degree in Education, Education Administration, or Business studies. Preference will be given to candidates with academic, travel or business experience in a developing country
• As an International School Principal the successful candidate is also expected to possess good diplomatic and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be able to assimilate to some lifestyle changes and have tolerance and understanding for any inconveniences.
• Added qualifications will be proven experience in academic business planning, multi-year budgeting, marketing and network building.
This position will be of particular interest to those individuals nearing retirement, or who have recently retired, and wish to apply their skills to make the School a major center for developing its young talent into self-confident, proficient, adventurous newcomers for the global academic or business community.
The right candidate will be offered a competitive remuneration package which includes a tax free US $ salary, furnished living accommodations including utilities, annual airfare to point of origin, relocation and medical allowance, School vehicle with driver, generous vacation arrangements, club membership and all visas and work permits.
