Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

Hisaya International Preschool is looking for a friendly and responsible full time preschool teacher to join our teaching team.
What kind of teacher are we looking for? You like teaching and you like to work with young children in all their cute and occasionally stinky glory. You care about the fine details of Early Childhood Education and TEFL methodology. You have a high EQ and good people skills. You know how to get along with managers and co-workers so we can strive toward our common goals as a team. You can follow directions. You are committed to continually improving your organizational and teaching skills.
The preschool team teaches children between the ages of 2 years to 6 years old. We teach using our own in-house highly developed curriculum, which is part of our overall plan to achieve bilingualism by the time the children graduate from our school at 6 years old.
In return for your dedication and teaching skills, we provide a competitive salary and approximately 6 weeks of paid vacation per year. A full and regular training program is also required as a part of employment as is ongoing teacher training and professional development. Improving your work skills is a part of your job. Monthly transportation costs are provided as well as a contract completion bonus and a performance based bonus. It is our policy to recognize and reward superior job performance.
