Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations

Sydney
Lack of working experience as a teacher? Seeking for somewhere to
spend winter as well as earning money? American International Academy
is hiring ESL teachers for youth groups in the University of Sydney, aged
12-18 from 2014 Jan to Feb.
Your responsibilities are:
1. 3 hours teaching per day. From middle of Jan to Middle of Feb , we may
need you to work continuously.
2. Several positions available from 1 to 5 weeks.
3. Arranging and editing suitable materials for students during the camp.
4. Ensuring the content of teaching is easy to be accepted by young Non
native English speaking students with less English knowledge.
Keeping the class orderly and active. Each of class will have about 20
students. The most effective way of making them under control is to
make
the class attractive.
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2. Authorization to work in Australia
3. An English language teaching certification (TEFL /TESL Certificate,
CELTA,
CTEFL or equivalent such as ESL courses in a credential program)
A minimum of one year of ESL or foreign language teaching experience in
a classroom situation.
5. Mastering modern office equipment procedures
6. Cultural sensitivity and an ability to work with internationally diverse
groups is a must.
