Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

A private English language academy in Greensboro, NC seeks an experienced candidate to teach intensive English language (IEP) courses to post-secondary age (over 16 yrs) international students in its program at University of Duhok at Kurdistan Region of Iraq for six months, starting in Januray, 2014. The position offers good potential for career development and professional growth with a new dynamic fast growing company in a safe and beautiful region in the Middle East. There is potential for the position to extend beyond the end of the program based on teacher performance and student enrollment.
Job Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in ESOL, preferably, or related English Education majors or concentrations
2. A minimum of (3) three years teaching experience in ESL
3. An enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a positive personality and excellent interpersonal communication skills
4. Ability to relate to and work with students of diverse cultural backgrounds
