Details: ‘CORRECT’ is a successful language school in LODZ, Poland’s second largest
city, situated right in the middle of the country. We are looking for teachers to
teach in our branch in the nearby town. We are a private, professional school of
languages, established in 1996, which employs both Polish teachers and native
speakers of different languages. We run general English, German, Spanish,
Russian and French courses. The high quality of our services has been appreciated
not only by our students but also by Newsweek Polska magazine, which ranked us
as the best school in Lodz, and third in the country.
The classes are small and have a max of 10 students (6-8 students on average)
and are co-taught by a native speaker and a Polish teacher (dual method). Polish
teacher is responsible for teaching grammar while Native Speaker works on
students’ speaking skills, teaching mainly conversational language and vocabulary.
Generally majority of the groups meet twice a week for 90 mi, which means that
with each teacher they spend 1,5 hour a week.

• maintaining records of all classes and monthly reports
• tests preparation and checking
• evaluating students’ assignments
Requirements:
• MA degree (preferably in arts/education/English/languages)

Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations
