MLI International Schools is one of the UK and Ireland’s leading providers of Junior
Summer Language Courses. This year we celebrate 20 years in business and to
coincide with this we are expanding our UK operations.
Our aim is to deliver highly communicative language tuition for young learners in
which all the strands of the programme interconnect to create a dynamic and fun
experience.
This summer we are going to be running centres in Lancaster, Sheffield, Wembley
Chelmsford, Portsmouth, and Blackpool, and we are looking for Centre Managers,
DOSs, and Activity Managers across these sites.
All available roles are residential positions.
The senior management team sets the tone for the smooth and successful running of the whole programme and so we are only looking for hard-working, committed
individuals with previous experience of working in this kind of challenging but highly rewarding working environment.
Centre Managers oversee the running of the whole programme. They offer support to the DoS and Activity Manager and the rest of the staff, as well as developing a
strong working relationship with the host site and our group leaders.
The DoS is in charge of the academic side of the programme. They ensure the
successful implementation of our academic goals and offer daily support and
guidance to the teachers.
Activity Managers manage the social aspects of the programme, including
excursions, sports and evening entertainment. They work closely with the activity
staff to ensure the children really enjoy their time spent outside of the classroom.

Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations
3. Contract-end bonus
4. Annual performance bonus (if applicable)
5. Reimbursement for annual round trip flights
