Are you a BA degree holder, born in the United States, Canada, or some
other countries where English is the primary language looking for a
secure English teaching position abroad and getting ready to leave in the
mid February, 2015?
We have more than 500 positions open throughout public schools among
all metropolitan and provincial offices of education in Korea.
Our EPIK(F/T) and TaLk(Scholarship)Liaison Office is located in the US to
coordinate applicants from US or Canada smoothly to apply for these
positions.
Please review an additional requirement to the BA degree as follows
either one of these:
1.BA major in English, creative writings, any discipline of Education, or
Linguistics?or 2. One year full time teaching experience with the proof of
the teaching experience? or 3. A teacher certification? or 4. MA in any
major? or 5. Certificate of TEFL/TESL 100 hours(hours taken should be on
the certificate; online acceptable) with 20 hour in-class components or
CELTA?

Job Description: Full time position with 22 hour teaching weekly, co-
teaching with the given text book under the English department head
teacher, one year contract renewable.
Benefit: Monthly salary between approx. $1,900-2,300 by the different
education or experience levels, twice payment of your travel allowance at
the beginning and the end of your contract approx. $1,200 each, free
furnished housing, medical insurance, paid vacation, severance pay(one
more salary amount after the 12 month), and etc.

Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations
