Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

Details: Edukeys USA is looking for talented and enthusiastic teachers to work within the Project of Global Access (PGA) program in mainland China. The PGA program, designed in collaboration with ACT Education Solutions and approved by the Ministry of Education, aims to innovate high school curriculum in China by bringing students earlier access to a first-rate international education. We are now hiring for the 2014-2015 school year and still have several positions open up throughout our 26 high schools in China. In addition to these PGA schools, we work with several non-network PGA schools throughout China offering salaries anywhere between 6,000 - 25,000 RMB per month.
Position Responsibilities:
• Conduct a minimum of 20 class periods per week; each period lasts between 40-50 minutes. Regular working hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
• Hold 4-10 office hours per week in order to provide personal feedback for students by assisting them with questions regarding your course
• Use PGA course materials to ensure required course objectives are accomplished as scheduled
• Participate in various extracurricular activities to promote the PGA program and grow student enrollment by allowing open class, recording lectures and occasionally holding parent-teacher conferences
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with preferred majors in ESL, English, Linguistics, Math , Sciences, Education, Business and Computer Science
• Minimum two years of working experience (preferably with relation to field of education) post undergraduate school
• Native English speaker
• A genuine interest in teaching, education and self-development, and desire to improve students’ learning experience
Desirable Qualifications:
• A degree or certification in one of the following disciplines: TESOL, TESL, TEFL, ESL, EFL, CELTA
• Experience teaching or tutoring students in preparation for ACT or SAT
• Professional knowledge of the English language, able to teach grammar/writing techniques at the high school level
• Experience studying or working abroad, or with an international community
Compensation:
• Competitive salary based on the national standard for foreign instructors. Monthly compensation is commensurate with experience, education and other qualifications.
