Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.

be able to commit to a two-year contract;
be committed to students, the profession and to a learner-centered and
have an MA degree in TESL/TEFL, Applied Linguistics or Education with TESOL specialization (online degrees and TESL certificates of less than a year duration are not accepted). Regardless of the field of specialization, using the US educational credit system as a model/example, at least 21 credit hours of the MA program must be in second language acquisition, methods of teaching languages, applied linguistics, cross-cultural communication, and supervised practicum;
Non-native speakers must:
have near-native proficiency in English;
have at least one of their higher education degrees from an English-speaking country;
have at least one year of ESL teaching experience in an English-speaking/Western country.
Responsibilities:
