Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations

Details: Cixi City, China – Canadian owned Meijia English Training School is hiring full time
English teachers for a one year, renewable contract starting Sept 1, 2016. Committed,
professional and enthusiastic teachers are encouraged to join this progressive school.
North American teachers with a teaching degree and/or ESL experience are encouraged
to apply.
Cixi City is located just across the bay from beautiful Shanghai, and is situated between
Hangzhou and Ningbo. Accommodations are within walking distance and the inviting
neighborhood includes numerous local and foreign cuisine options.
The teaching package is for one year. Meijia English Training School ensures that
students and teachers are well cared for, thus an excellent salary is offered.
Teaching hours: Maximum of 40 hours per week/5 days per week. This includes
substantial preparation time. Overtime pay for additional hours/days worked. The school
is open 7 days/week; however, teachers are only expected to work 5 out of 7 days.
Benefits :
• 12,000 – 14,000 RMB monthly salary (based on qualifications and experience)
• 2 weeks paid holidays (1 weeks during Christmas, one week during Chinese New
Year)
