Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

CITA is collaborating with the government Education Bureau Of Shenzhen Baoan District to help place foreign English teachers into public and private schools (K-8) in the area. With over 50 primary and middle schools with open foreign teacher positions, we hope to hire and place over 100 foreign teachers in the Baoan Distrct Area. The application process will start in February, so that we can ensure a thorough interview process. The teaching position starts in the fall semester on September 1st. CITA provides airport pick-up, orientation, assistance in applying for working Z-visa and free training for all teachers.
