- AP/A-level Biology Teacher

Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

Details: Happy goal KIDS English is a newly established Early Childhood Education
Training center under Web Education Group. Aimed at helping early learners
acquire English, Happy goal uses the “K.I.D.S.” method, (Key Intelligence
Development System) a special curriculum specifically tailored and developed
by Oxford University Press.
We are currently seeking full time teachers for our center in our new schools
opening in the greater Shanghai area. We need qualified and experienced
teachers to join our professional and hard working team. You will be part of a
team of committed teachers who can add value to the school in many ways.
Our first school opened in 2011 and since then we’ve been growing rapidly.
We now have 13 schools in shanghai and 10 schools around shanghai
providing engaging and effective communicative English classes to students from 3 to 12 years old.
Main Responsibilities:
Maximum of 22 classes teaching per week
8-10 students one class
Lesson planning
Use audio / video materials in classes
Cooperate with TAs in ensuring the constructive communication and efficient
operation of the centre
Attend centre social events
Requirements
