Details: Our school, ABU DHABI ISLAND International Private School is a K-5 US
curriculum school that was started in September 2013 on a luxurious
modern smoke free campus, built to meet the international standards of
student safety, protection and comfort and designed in accordance with
the educational and technological standards of the 21st century.
The campus has been built in Al Towaya Area in Al-Ain City close to Al-Ain
civic center, quiet vicinity away from crowdedness and noise and easily
accessible to parents and staff. It encompasses shaded play areas, a
green field, science rooms, a library, and a computer lab. All classrooms
are equipped with computers, interactive smart boards, and age
appropriate furniture of the highest quality.
Due to the good performance of the team and the positive school
inspection report, our growth has been far beyond expectation especially
in the past two weeks and we are expecting to open 10 more new
classes as of August 31st, 3014. Our intention is to keep the high spirit
among staff and provide students and parents with a world-class
education, so all candidates are expected to be hardworking
committed educators who are ready to incorporate differentiated
instruction into their everyday teaching practices and willing to optimize
students’ academic attainment and personal growth.
Our packages compromise of a non-taxable salary of AED 8000 to 10000
in addition to single shared accommodation with paid water and electricity
bills, annual flights, work transportation free of charge, medical insurance
as per UAE labour laws and opportunities for professional growth and
career advancement.

Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations
3. Contract-end bonus
4. Annual performance bonus (if applicable)
5. Reimbursement for annual round trip flights
