Details: Friends Educational Consultation Company is seeking native-English speaking high school teachers for China. Experience is preferred, but we will consider recent graduates. The ability to speak Chinese is not required.
All teaching positions have a September 1, 2014 starting date.
We need ESL teachers for high school teaching positions in Shaxian (Number 1 High School) and Putian (Number 10 High School). We will consider new teachers as well as experienced teachers. The class size will be 20 students or less. Teaching hours will be 20-25 per week. The week will run from Monday through Friday. The salary range for experienced teachers is $1800 USD - $2000 USD.
We need an oral English teacher for Fuan (Number 2 High School). We will consider new teachers as well as experienced teachers. The class size will be 45-60 students. Teaching hours will be 20-25 hours per week. The week will run from Monday through Friday. The salary range for experienced teachers will be $1300 USD – $1450 USD per month.
Qualifications:
• Native English Speaker
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Aged 24-55 (due to China visa regulations)
• Citizen of the U.S. or U.K.
• No criminal record
Details:
• One and two year contracts are available.
• The salary is tax free and paid in U.S. dollars. (No U.S. tax)
• A return airline ticket is provided after one year of service.
• Basic coverage medical insurance is provided while in China
• Housing, utilities, and a school meal card

Senior High School (Grade 10-12)
- AP/A-level Biology Teacher

Primary School (Grade 1-5)
- PYP Homeroom Teacher(UOI & ESL)

Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.

Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.

Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
