We currently looking for full-time ESL teachers as well as internship of this summer for our growing English training centers network in Yancheng, Jiangsu province (.ycnasdaken).
Requirements:
1) English native speaker
2) Bachelor Degree or above
3) Teaching experience
4) TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certificate are preferable
5) Positive attitude, reliable and be able to work under a dynamic environment

Yancheng is a city located four hours north to Shanghai and three hours Northeast to Nanjing. Every year more and more foreigners come to work in Yancheng because of the extremely low cost of living and convenient proximity to a couple of the biggest cities in China. The foreigners here in Yancheng are a very close-knit community, making your transition into China much, much easier. The cost of living is ideal if you are trying to save money, which is something you cannot get in Shanghai, Beijing, etc.
We are the most reputable private training center here in Yancheng. All of the curriculum taught in our classes is already well arranged, so class preparation is simple and easy, though you still are allowed to be creative and develop your lessons how you want them. Our students are aged from ten years old to professional adults, but the vast majority of our students are in middle school. This is ideal for most teachers because you can usually work with the age group you want to teach.
Since we only get students who are serious and ready to learn, you do not have to deal with disciplinary issues like at many other schools. The classes are usually from 1 to 8 students as well as some open classes. To work here, you are expected to commit to a maximum of 25 teaching hours, which sounds like a lot, but it is really not for we already provide a well-structured curricula and you don’t need to sacrifice your off time to grade papers, do lesson plan, etc. If by some chance we need a teacher to work more than 25 teaching hours, we will ask you first whether you want to or not. However, we offer 100RMB per hour of overtime teaching, so our teachers here usually jump at the opportunity to teach overtime since the pay is so good.
Also, we have a professional Foreign Affairs Department who takes good care of all legal documentations including work visa, foreign expert certificate and residence permit for our ESL teachers. We give you 100 percent support during your contract period.
