Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

Details: Based on the resources, teachers are expected to provide students with interactive classes. Instruct students in key grammar and vocabulary. Give students advice and feedback on their English levels and ways to improve, especially in relation to IELTS and TOEFL exams. Fulfill the requirements of the contract. Arrive at work in time to prepare classes, in suitable attire with a good attitude.
Our salary is one of the most competitive in Harbin. We work on a90 hour/month contract. At the beginning of the contract you have a probation period, the standard period is 3 months. Throughout this time, your monthly wage will be less than your regular monthly wage. If your interview is successful we will discuss more details.
The applicant should:
1. Be a native English speaker. Applicants from the USA, the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa are preferred.
