Details: Greetings prospective teachers! Our English training center, with branches in Beijing , Chengdu, is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic teacher to join our staff. Experience is preferred but not necessary. Our school specializes in using American style classes and curriculum to teach Chinese children English!
Great for someone who is looking to fill a year of work experience or for a serious teacher that is interested in growing with our organization. Candidates will have the option to participate in development of our curriculum and course testing.
We are a young company and therefore have many opportunities for growth and promotion within the organization.
We are looking for committed individuals that can commit to a minimum of a year. Our primary age group of students is 4-14 years of age. Candidates should be prepared to work with children in this age range. We do our own in-house training and therefore a TESL certificate is not required, though it is preferable.

We Offer:
• SALARY: 12,000 RMB/month and up

Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations
3. Contract-end bonus
4. Annual performance bonus (if applicable)
