Details: BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION
The Principal, as the administrator and instructional leader for the Middle and High Schools and reporting to the Superintendent, will be responsible for maintaining an effective instructional program by providing educational leadership that will result in the highest possible student learning and achievement. The principal is responsible for the supervision of the school physical plant, assisting with developing the school budget, the certificated and classified staff, the student activity programs, technology, and all instructional equipment. The principal is also responsible for maintaining active relationships with the community and close articulation with other educational levels.
The principal reports to the Superintendent
QUALIFICATIONS
The applicant must meet all of the following minimum requirements:
• Administrative Credential
• Valid Elementary/Secondary Teaching Credential
• Possession of a Master’s Degree or higher
Five years of successful classroom teaching
Five years as assistant principal or principal

Terms of employment:

1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
