Currently we are looking for an International Director of Early Child Education to oversee our kindergarten teaching project in China.

Requirements
- Should have a degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or degree in related field.
- At least two years’ management experience in a licensed child care facility, kindergarten or early childhood program.
- Patient, creative, enthusiastic, and MUST enjoy working with kids
Duties:
- Develop teaching curriculum and determine the appropriate educational materials
- In charge of the development of kindergartens in China
- Recruit American teachers to China
- Coach the teachers
- Need to travel to China for discussion with local school authorities
- May need to make calls during evening hours because of the time zone difference
We are also looking for teachers of Early Childhood Education in China, who are fluent English speakers and who are patient, creative, enthusiastic and MUST enjoy working with children.

- Bachelor degree and teaching certificate.
- 2+ years teaching experience
Working Intensity: No more than 24 classes per week
Contract Duration: One year or more
Salary: 7,000-15,000RMB/month

1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.

1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
