Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.

Details: Prince William Nursery School (PW) was found in 2013 by Ms Beales who was the first ISO standard early year education system founder in the world. PW now owns two schools in Shenzhen and it has plan to develop to 6 schools within the next 3 years. It offers EYFS curriculum to children from 0-5 years old. PW is well established with most of the layout following the British EYFS system. PW is the only one nursery school following the EYFS curriculum in Shenzhen City. After one year’s development, it has a great reputation in brand and with an emphasis on investing in its staff.
Prince William Nursery School is looking for an inspiring and innovative manager to join our team. We would like a person who is passionate and committed to the learning and development of young children. We are currently looking for a talented manager to help us make a significant difference in China’s early year education.
You will need to be someone who has successfully managed medium to large settings previously and have a proven track record of achieving excellent standards of care and education.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to lead and inspire your staff team, providing support and guidance where needed.
You will have outstanding customer service skills with a focus on setting your nursery apart from other local settings by providing exceptional services in all aspects of the business.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
To achieve and maintain high standards of care and education
Overseeing the planning and implementation of the EYFS curriculum across all age groups
To effectively lead and manage the staff team including recruitment and retention, providing day to day guidance, training and support to all staff
To keep abreast of current early childhood thinking/trends specifically related to the relevant curriculum
To ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to at all times
To implement an effective parent liaison programme, to be influential in developing strong links with parents.

Post-qualification experience and supervisory experience
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines
Knowledge and experience of OFSTED standards and EYFS
