Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.

Marking and providing appropriate feedback on oral and written work.
Listening actively and effectively in order to identify and solve problems, facilitate learning for students and build student confidence.
Attending and participating in ESL staff department meetings, professional development, workshops, curriculum/program planning and special events.
Using a variety of materials and teaching techniques to enhance student learning and outcomes and maintain student interest.
Performing general administrative functions including maintaining accurate records and compiling information and statistics.
Planning and organizing work to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
Operating classroom equipment including computers and projectors and usage of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) for database management.
