Our language school is an evening and weekend language school that serves the families in the Qingdao area. Our students range from elementary to middle school age. Our school’s specialties are our classes and self study using English storybooks. This is our reading club. In our school, we have a wide range of books and materials for both teachers and students to use. We also offer classes in writing/grammar and phonics.

Essential Qualifications:
1) B.ED (4-5 Education Degree) preferably with certification in
country of origin (with teacher practicum is preferable)
or
B.A. (English/Arts) degree holders + ESL Certificate with extensive experience maybe
accepted
2) Minimum 2 years of professional teaching experience with reputable schools, or
organizations New B.ED graduates may be accepted with good teaching practicum,
and or other relevant teaching experience.
Desirable Qualifications:
ESL certificate (CELTA, TESOL, TEFL)
ECE/Montessori diploma
Working conditions and responsibilities
(Following conditions apply to full time teachers only)
a) Full time work week: Monday to Friday 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Saturdays 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
b) 24 contact teaching periods per week
c) Responsible for tracking student progress and administrative work (report cards, parent teacher interviews… etc)
Benefit Package:
a) Salary:
Between 10,000-15,000 RMB per month (including stipend)
(dependant on Educational background and experience)
Approx. ($USD 1,500-2,500)
Stipends:
b) 2,000 RMB ($USD 320) Housing allowance per month (for 12 months)
1,000 RMB ($USD 160) Airfare re-imbursement per month (for 12 months)

1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
