Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations
3. Contract-end bonus
4. Annual performance bonus (if applicable)

Details: Kaplan International are seeking experienced English Teachers for the National Industrial Training Insitute (NITI) Al-Hasa Campus. Successful candidates will work in a technologically advanced environment as part of an international team of faculty members. Teachers will be responsible for the delivery of Kaplan’s English curriculum to national students who need a solid foundation in English allowing them to enter employment with one of NITI’s partner companies such as Saudi Aramco (the state oil company).
