Teachers have the freedom to design and conduct lessons as they see appropriate using skills, knowledge, and personal qualities to develop lessons.

Creation of class lesson plans based on the provided textbooks
Development of syllabi for each class
Development of assignment,
Grading of daily homework, quizzes and projects
Grading of quarterly exams
Recording of attendance, homework, participation and behavior, quizzes and projects and quarterly exams
Meeting with parents when requested
Other administrative duties of teachers, such as decorating the classroom and entering data into the national school database.
Our institution runs Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Teachers must be at school by 6:45 AM and stay until the end of the school day. Most teachers find that they have to stay later to plan lessons, grade, or tutor students.
We are located in San Pedro Sula,Honduras’s second city and commercial center with a population of 1,000,000. We can provide a comfortable environment, friendly local community, great weather. We are located near tourist attractions such as the famous Mayan ruins at Copan, Pulhapanzak water falls ,Yojoa Lake and much more.
It is also the perfect chance to improve your Spanish! While we do not offer classes at this time, we can arrange for tutoring and set up family relationships that will help you in your language learning endevour.
Private transportation to and from the Villeda Morales International Airport (San Pedro Sula) is provided. Our staff will work with volunteers to facilitate all Honduran requirements, as well as personal volunteer needs.
Open to any one that speaks English fluently with a bachelor’s degree. 1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
