Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

Details: • Reports to Superintendent and the board
• Supervises all school personnel, directly and/or indirectly
• Purpose: To serve as the chief administrator of a school in developing and

policies, programs, curriculum activities, and budgets in a manner that promotes the
educational
development of each student and the professional development of each staff member.
• General Planning: conceptualizes the broad goals of the school and plans accordingly

program.
• General Coordination: ensures that the school program is compatible with the legal,
financial
and organizational structure of the school system. The principal defines the

accountability of staff members and develops plans for interpreting the school program to
