Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits

2. Provide lectures and face-to-face guidance to students with giving them individualized

3. Review, analyze and improve application essays for students according to specific
college admission requirements and evaluation criteria, including development of
personal story, highlighting individual strengths and academic, professional and personal
achievements.
4. Maintain communication with oversea college admission representatives and alumni
associations; arrange the activities for visit of college admission representatives as well
as promote VMA to oversea universities
5. Perform related responsibilities including entering college and international
communication as required
