Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree

Position: International Student Recruitment Manager
Position description
The Asia Australia Business College (AABC) of Liaoning University (Shenyang, China) is a joint venture between Liaoning University and Victoria University (Melbourne Australia) since 1999. It has been approved by the China Ministry of Education and has a current enrollment of 1800 Chinese students in its English taught joint programs. AABC has approximately 6000 alumni in China, Australia and all over the world.
As approved by the Ministry of Education, AABC expands its services to international students and is looking for a International Student Recruitment Manager, who is to be responsible for recruitment of students.
Duties and Responsibilities
To recruit international students and achieve sales targets
To update recruitment website daily to generate inquiries
To update SNS accounts several times per day to generate inquires
To work with agencies and schools in the origin countries
To answer inquires professionallly and accurately to generate sales
To achive sales by signing contract with students
To work with colleagues in providing enrolment, visa and settlement services to students.
Be good at marketing research, sales forecasting, and promotional planning.
Collect relevant information and analyze the market for studying abroad in China.
Fully understand the needs of foreign students applicants, provide high-quality advisory services to cooperation agencies, students and other customers who are interested in studying in China.
Assist foreign students all the whole program application process and student visa related services.
Position requirements
· Native or near native speaker, at least a Bachelor degree from English speaking countries,
- At least two years of successful working experience in international student recruitment
- Excellent sales skills and communication skills
- Self-starter and can work multi-task under pressure.
- Occasional travels will be required.
