Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.

We are a respectable and well established school of English in Tyumen, a vibrant and
thriving city voted the 3rd best to live in in Russia. We are fully licenced and have been
hiring native speakers since 2002.
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic native speaker who will teach General
English to pre-teens, teens and adults. The contract runs until the end of May and can be
renewed.
Qualifications
1) A university degree is required.
2) An EFL teaching qualification (CELTA or the like) is required. However, if a candidate
does not hold a teaching qualification, we will still be willing to consider them for the
position as long as they are well-read and have an exceptional command of their mother
tongue and a natural flair for languages.
3) While teaching experience would be an advantage, it is not absolutely essential as the
new-comers are always provided with constant on-going academic support.
4) A good candidate must be a highly responsible and organized individual who takes the
job seriously and strives to deliver excellent performance at all times.
Salary and Benefits
40 000 rubles monthly for the first three months of work, 45 000 rubles after. Salary
