Butterfly English School
Details: A year round position for an experienced native speaker of English teacher.
Due to our increasing popularity and excellent reputation the school this year has had
sudden increase in enrolments. We therefore urgently require an additional experienced
professional native speaker of English teacher, who is pro-active,creative, enthusiastic
and passionate about teaching as well as having good organisational skills, and being
able to multi task, to join our small, independent, friendly, dynamic and fast-growing
school in the Italian Alps.
As the job requiers teaching mainly our teenage students it is essential that the teacher is
entertaining and able to engage with young students. Experience in Cambridge exam
preperation courses would also be of a considerable advantage for the increasing
demand for our adult courses.
Butterfly School was founded eight years ago teaching English to children, hence the
name ”Butterfly. It is an innovative school that uses alternative and stimulating
approaches to engage students in a process of “Fun, Effective Learning”
Butterfly school also offers a vast summer programme with day camps, residential camps
and vocational courses in the Uk. Therfore experience in this field would also be most
welcomed.
The successful candidate is a person who welcomes challenges and is keen to
contribute to the growth of the school by propsing innovative ideas and enjoys teaching
in a range of contexts with students of different ages and abilities.

Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations
