Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.

Job Description/Benefits for Elementary International Department Home class English Language
Arts Teacher:
-14 students, small sized class;
-Students’ age 6—12 years old;
- You will have a Chinese English teacher in your class to help you while you are teaching;
- Full time job: Monday to Friday, 7:40 AM to 12 PM, 2 PM to 4:30 PM (Friday afternoon you need
to meet the students’ parents, so you need to work to 5:40 PM), about 20 lessons every week. 40
minutes a lesson. During the working period, you need to stay at school to teach, prepare your
lesson or attend some school activities with your students;
Requirements:
-Native English speaker;
-Bachelor degree in Education - Master degree preferred;
-Possess valid government issued teaching license;
-At least 2 years’ teaching experience;
-Good at lesson plans and curriculum design;
-Due to work visa application reasons, age range from 25 to 60;
-Highly motivated, passionate, energetic, creative, humorous;
Pay and Benefit:
-Varied from your degrees and experience, gross salary: 30000 CNY - 35000 CNY per month gross
salary;
