Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations

Minas Gerais, Brazil, is looking for a young, enthusiastic, committed and energetic
professional, who is willing to work hard (one semester to a year contract). Bachelors
degree and ESL certification preferred.
- School has offered English, Spanish, French and German for the past 20 years
- New, comfortable location with modern facilities
- Team of 7 foreign and 12 Brazilian teachers working with 400+ students
- Students’ ranging from ages12 to 40, majority being university students
- Position available is to teach around 30 hours per week from Monday to Saturday
- Classes last one hour and have an average of 8 students
- Starting wage of R$20, 00 (Twenty Reais) per hour (US$ 1 = R$ 3.11)
- Teachers paid monthly on the 5th business day of the following month
- Teachers evaluated through a survey at the end of each semester and raises based on
survey results, performance and availability
- Sufficient pay to live in Itajuba and to save some to travel
