Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

JOB OBJECTIVES:
English teachers need to teach grammar, reading comprehension, writing, and
understanding of books and other writings to the students who are in different levels.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
classroom management
planning, preparing and delivering lessons to a range of classes and age groups
preparing and setting tests, examination papers and exercises
marking and providing appropriate feedback on oral and written work
devising, writing and producing new materials, including audio and visual
REQUIREMENTS:
Technical and professional knowledge: Native English speaker; have a positive
attitude towards leading children to take responsibility for their own learning and behavior
country requirement: American, British, Canadian and European
Working Experience; at least 3 years working experience in quality control; Must be
committed to working in an international environment
Communication Skills: You must be able to speak clearly to students, other
teachers, parents and administration officials.
Instruction Skills: You should be able to explain new ideas and unfamiliar concepts
with authority and in a clear and concise way so that students can understand. You must
work to keep the students’ attention
Writing Skills: Teachers write progress reports, notes home, and have ability to write
publish research.
Patience: The students you work with will have different backgrounds and abilities.
Patience will help teachers deal with students who act out or have trouble following the
material.
Creativity: Teachers have to find ways to involve students into their lessons.
Additionally, teachers may have to work with different learning styles to get the most out
of each student.
People Skills: Engaging parents and creating healthy relationships with students
